Anger Triggers

Besides the physical signs that we sense in our body that alerts us to feeling angry there other signals, called triggers, that we can learn to understand in order to take charge of our anger.
External Triggers: These are the things that are done to us. Like someone lying or putting you down

Internal Triggers: These are the messages we give ourselves, called self-talk, that gets us all worked up. Sometimes it is based on assumptions or incorrect information.
