<p>Rochester, NY - March 8, 2004 Total Identity Corp. ("TIC") (OTC BB "TIDC=
") is pleased to announce its revenue guidance for fiscal 2004. The overal=
l effect will increase the projected revenues of TIC couple with targeted a=
cquisitions to approximately $30 million for fiscal year 2004 and $.16 per =
share in overall earnings. TIC is completing the final phase =
of its financing, TIC had secured funding for $1,500,000 previously, but ch=
oose to accept only $300,000 and placed the balance on hold until the outco=
me of its pending arbitration case. </p>
<p>Since the settlement TIC has been working on securing and additional $1,=
000,000 in financing on top of the $300,000 it has already received. Origi=
nally TIC was seeking funding up to $1,700,000, but since the reduction of =
the purchase price TIC does not need to raise as much money now nor cause f=
urther dilution to the shareholders. The $1,000,000 will be used to will b=
e used to pay down debt and restructure credit lines within its recent acqu=
isition of Total Identity Group. The restructuring will enable TIG to begin=
bidding on projects that require certain bond requirements that were not b=
eing met prior to the recent purchase. TIG has the historically bid on appr=
oximately $20 million of new business each year and has capture approximate=
ly 10% of the projects it bids on. </p>
<p>Philip Mistretta, president of TIC, stated "The additional capital will =
assist TIC in making its subsidiary Total Identity Systems ("TIS") a financ=
ially responsible company and will enable TIS to begin bidding on new proje=
cts they have not been able to for the past year. This will result in hig=
her profits margins and earnings per share for TIC shareholders". </p>

with the goal of becoming the place for corporate America to go for their c=
ustom sign needs. TIC initial plans are to acquire various plants located o=

w TIC to absorb their operations and cut out all upper management and in so=

d manufacturing highly custom "theme" signage for customers such as Hard Ro=

<p>TIG has had steady revenue growth of approximately 25% per year, with si=
milar increases in profits. This growth is attributed to many factors, incl=
