Had the best look I've ever had at a wild goshawk just as I was leaving CWRC
this morning. The juvenile gos was being chased by crows, and I first saw it
from about fifty feet away, heading in my general direction. The crows backed
off, but the hawk kept coming in low and was almost right over my head for a
moment. It then headed for the woods and flew out of sight.
