I also did a little local birding today. Highlights were: Susann Myers - House Finch Hartlens Pt - Rough-legged Hawk hunting over golf course and 2 Killdeer Cow Bay - Dovekie and White-winged Scoters Rainbow Haven - Black-headed gulls and 5 Bufflehead Cole Hbr Funeral Home - 20 Bohemian Waxwings and a Ruffed Grouse (red phase) Bissett Lake (still completely open) - 2 American Coots and lots of scaup.
