This is the latest I've seen a shorebird out here in ten years. Hopefully, this is the last one here so good wishes for its speedy departure! The Pink-footed Goose photos from Dec 30 where taken in overcast conditions with low morning light. The views were shot towards the sun and distant so frontal detail on the birds is lacking, but I'm happy to have the record shots nonetheless.
