Subject: [NatureNS] The Depths of Winter

Well, here we are again. According to long-term averages of the daily
temperatures (taken at Shearwater, in this case), today and tomorrow are the
coldest days in the winter.

Starting on Tuesday, the average temperatures begin their long rise again
towards warmer weather. Take heart - spring is truly on the way!

Peter Payzant
