Eastern Passage, NS

The following ducks were seen at Eastern Passage this morning.  They 
were feeding with a raft of about 30 Common Eiders.

*Black Scoters* - 4M and 2F
*Lesser Scaup* - 4M and 15F ( at least I think they are lesser and not 
greater!)

Also on the Shearwater Flyer Trail near the 3 km marker;  an *American 
Mink* crossed the trail  from the nearby frozen pond on the south side4 
and went into the woods on the north side.

I added several pictures of the above to my gallery for those interested.
