Thanks Jim,

I knew I should not have included the tape measure. The plumage also
suggests Great Cormorant http://people.stfx.ca/rlauff/personel/whatsnew.html,
but the overall dimensions are much more fitting for a DC Cormorant. Maybe
it was the runt of the clutch.

Regardless, a first for the StFX collection.
