While not a scientist myself, I'd be more than happy to drop the theory 
of global warming in the face of some decent evidence. (Though one 
shouldn't drop theories, even wrong ones, too quickly -- no point in 
being a mere weathervane.) Unfortunately, this looks to be really 
dubious research by a dubious researcher in a dubious journal. More
