Subject: Signs of Spring
Date: Sat, 10 Mar 2012 21:55:57 -0400
From: Lois Codling <loiscodling@hfx.eastlink.ca>

Had a male Brown-headed Cowbird today outside my kitchen window checking
out the feeders. Heard 2, but only saw 1 N. Cardinal early this a.m. in
full song. Tonight very late when I went to bring in the Oriole food, I
scared a Cedar Waxwing up from the ground. I think it must have been
eating the berries on the Cotoneaster.
