Hi All,

Some signs of spring from Tucker Lake in Beaverbank the last few days. The
lake is ice free as of today.

4 Ring Neck Ducks,
6 Geese a honking.
4 Bald Eagles 2 adult, 2 immature soaring around.
2 Crows carrying sticks.
Several Song Sparrows singing.
W.B. Nuthatch
Purple Finches singing
A few Pine Siskins making occasional appearances.
2 Mourning Doves that may have been mating ( seen without binoculars.)
Brown Creeper
2 Common Grackles.
1 Chipmunk around the yard for the first time this spring.

But, no beavers, I hear they have been trapped out. :(

Cheers,
Gary Murray
Tucker Lake
