Dunlops are by far the best. I have a pair without steel toes and I wear =
booties inside called BAMAS that you can purchase for about $15. This =
means I wear the boots winter and summer and my feet stay warm and dry. =
The booties are machine washable.

Hi Randy & All, Apr 10, 2012
I bought a pair of Dunlop boots (with steel toes) in late 2008 or =
early 2009 and wear them year round when in the woods. Comfortable, =
don't wear out sock heels if size is correct and tread is still good. =
They are far and away the best rubber boots I have had in 50 years.

Fritz - if you go stand in the corner, who will be our voice of the =
north?=20
All - on the weekend, Krista and I went up north and along with =
Fritz, had a good walk-about and got two nest boxes erected. See an =
amusing photo at the Facebook site https://www.facebook.com/NatureNS
We talked about many things, including, as naturalists will, Rubber =
Boots. I have been buying about one pair of insulated rubber boots a =
year, usually just from Canadian Tire. Fritz uses better quality boots =
(I forget the brand...Fritz?) which last longer, but are more expensive. =
What are others' preferences?
Randy
