Consider calling the Eastern Valley office (902-542-5600) of N.S. =
Power during business hours before paddling the Gaspereau Canal. It will =
be dry if N.S.P. is using water from Salmontail Lake. A great trip if =
they are releasing water from Gaspereau Lake.

Subject: [NatureNS] Canoe Route RFI on Gaspereau System in Kings Co

We are going to try the canoe route from Forest Home (Route 12) Kings =
Co from Trout River Pond through Gaspereau Canal to Little River Lake, =
Methals, and Black River Lake. Possibly starting further north on Route =
12 on eastern shore of Gaspereau Lake.

Can't seem to find any specifics and wondering if anyone has tried it =
and has any comments etc.
