Thanks to Rick and others for reporting this. I have been having trouble s=
ending e-mails recently (could read hotmail messages=2C but not reply)=2C s=
o apologies for this and other delayed replies. =20

On Tuesday 18 September Frances Lourie and I stopped by there again on th=
e way to Halifax=2C and were able to see the godwit again about 1715=2C alt=
hough the tide was still quite high. It was on on the side next to the par=
king area for the little park there=2C and Frances also spotted a Northern =
Mockingbird perched on one of the posts there as soon as she got out of the=
car. We had a good look at it before it flew off into some shrubs (lilacs=
?) by the nearest house and we did not see it again. A little farther alon=
g=2C at the Windsor sewage lagoons=2C we had at least one male Eurasian Wid=
geon with an indeterminate female and a number of American Widgeons.
