Today along the RR bed in Coldbrook, I was surprised to find a Common Ringlet (butterfly). I believe this is quite late for them (but butterfly seasons are changing rapidly, it appears). I should also mention that in Aspy Bay (N. Cape Breton) on Aug. 4, I found a few of this species in flight. Angus
