Birds noted on October 10 and 12:

Rainbow Haven, Cow Bay =E2=80=93 October 10 and 12

30-40 Yellow-rumped Warblers still buzzing around in the fir trees at =
both Rainbow Haven and along the road to the gun club nearby.
15-20 Greater Yellowlegs
2 Black-bellied Plovers
4 GB Herons
2 DC Cormorants
2 Common Mergansers

The Snowy Egret and the large number of Green-winged Teal from last week =
were not present.

Conrad Beach, Lawrencetown =E2=80=93 October 12
(Mudflats and Marsh area)

1 Mature Bald Eagle sitting on and cruising over the mudflats
4 Greater Yellowlegs
2 Whimbrel

Grand Desert Dyke and Marsh =E2=80=93 October 12

2 Northern Harrier cruising the marsh (a couple of ladies parked in a =
car on the road to the DND site got a really good look at one of them)
6 Greater Yellowlegs
4 DC Cormorants
