Hi all, I heard a Ruffed Grouse drumming this afternoon whilst out for a stroll in the woods near home. Seems a little late to me. Or early. Also happened to lean against a tree to watch a river flowing for a few minutes, and felt a tapping up high...turned out to be a Hairy W.P. What are the chances of that I wonder , of all the trees in there to lean on the one wth a Hairy on it? Happy fall, Gary Murray Tucker Lake Road Beaverbank NS
