Hi Ian

Thanks for the prompt posting about the Great Horned owl that was in South 
end Halifax. It was my first GHO for this year :-)   A long eared owl would 
be nicer as it'd be a lifer for me!    Eight of us showed up and enjoyed 
studying it.  Two crows and at least three blue jays circled and mobbed it, 
but gave up and moved on leaving it in peace...
