A Chat appeared in our yard today, eating seed with the other ground-feeders. I put out some food especially for him (peanut butter, suet, grape jelly, grapes, raisins and half a banana), but can't say who got to eat it! It was all gone by evening except the grape jelly. We also saw a Br. Creeper this afternoon, and the male N. Cardinal showed up after 4 p.m. Oh yes, and this morning there was a N. Flicker. Lois Codling L. Sackville
