This is the second year in a row now that I've not seen a common nighthawk =
during the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival. At the Sunday gospel concert t=
here were four bald eagles cruising low over the tent area numerous times. =
Especially during opportune times of certain gospel songs. Whether this m=
eans something devine or not I don't know. Maybe they were checking out al=
l of the small dogs and babies around. I don't ever remember seeing this i=
n 27 years that I've been going there. There were also two ospreys. I as =
well saw a northern harrier shortly after=2C so maybe a mini raptor migrati=
on? =20
=20
Today on the way to work I saw a icthea (spelling I know is wrong) parasiti=
c wasp. The one with the abdomen that is thin and about two and a half inc=
hes long. The wasp is all black.
