Hi all:

I just received a report from a friend who lives in Florida for most of the=
 year.  He is an experienced birder and has traveled to most parts of the w=
orld for bird watching purposes.  He sees frigate birds on a regular basis =
at his home in Florida and is fairly confident that he saw a magnificent fr=
igate bird in Shag Harbour today.  This was near the large fish plant there=
.  His description sounds good to me.  So anyone who is in that area keep y=
our eyes open. =20
