We hope to have some copies of the 2014 Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation = Centre calendars so bring along a little cash if you want one for = yourself or as a gift.=20 "Expedition for the Earth: Patagonia 2013" =20 The Nova Scotia Nature Trust's, Expedition for the Earth, is a new = initiative which will raise funds to preserve land and wild spaces in = Nova Scotia while challenging participants to explore magnificent = natural beauty in another part of the world on a guided adventure = expedition in support of conservation. The inaugural adventure trek, = held in February 2013, took place in the breathtaking Torres del Paine = National Park, Patagonia, Chile. =20 Join Rene and Ted Scrutton as they share photos and stories of their = adventure as a part of this expedition for charity in one of the most = "wild" places remaining on earth. The trek included a long, challenging = hike to the base of the Torres del Paine, overnights in refugios, a = visit to Glacier Grey, and interesting flora and fauna along the way.
