Hi all I think I have a few more species to add to the winter list.
I had 2 Purple Finches at my feeder in Plymouth this morning.=20

Double-crested Cormorants were seen in 3 locations 1 Pictou Causeway, 1 =
Haliburton Gut in Lyons Brook and 16( 1 ad, 15 imm.) at the Pictou =
Marina.=20

I saw 40 Snow Buntings and 3 Ruffed Grouse at Waterside PP.=20

A Ruby-crowned Kinglet was photographed near the Pictou Hospital.=20

Other birds of note today were=20
450 Common Mergansers at Granton

Single Pine and Wilson's Warblers at McCulloch House museum grounds in =
Pictou ( also 2 Robins).=20

Near Fisheries school in Pictou 3 Northern Flickers and 7 Cedar =
Waxwings.
=20
A Northern Harrier flying over sw end of Munroes I as seen from the =
Caribou ferry terminal.

At Waterside PP, 2 Flickers, 1 Northern Harrier, 5 Myrtle Warblers.=20

Snowy Owl at Melville ( New Rd. Cape John between Capt Jonahs and =
Skinner Cove West Rd.

2 Rough-legged Hawks (1 dark phase) at Cape John- also about 1400 Canada =
Geese here

No large flocks of Bonaparte's Gulls today with a small group of 150 the =
largest flock encountered near Weirs Gut on the Three Brooks Rd.=20
