Randy

My understanding is that Blue Jays recede into the woods in spring and come
back out in fall - dunno, maybe they have a little cottage on a lake
somewhere and all hang out for the summer

But seriously - I have had more Blue Jays this winter than ever before by a
long shot - flocks of 30-40 birds at once at my feeders. Conversely, my
small finches, Siskins etc.are way down, pretty much non-existent this
year, following a trend from last year.
