As many of you know our grapevine is pretty busy at time but I have never
seen it as busy as it was today. There were many, many birds including
Chickadees, Juncos (by far the most I have ever seen in it, and in our yard
at one time!), Sparrows, (Song, White-throat and American Tree) White
Breasted Nuthatch, Starlings, Blue Jays, Mourning Doves and two rock
pigeons....I am missing something, oh, a Robin!.
I grabbed the camera and with the light co-operating for once, I was able to
get photos through the two panes of glass and some distance. I posted a
couple shots on NS bird Society page. One is three different varieties of
sparrows in one shot, plus other birds.
There were 60 plus birds in and under the vine at that time.
Great day for birds here.
