 Hi everyone,

The first year of the Rusty Blackbird Spring Migration Blitz has officially
come to an end! I would like to say a huge "thank you" to all of those that
looked for Rusty Blackbirds, reported their findings (or lack thereof) to
eBird, and those that asked me questions about this species and the Blitz.
Thank you so much for taking an interest in this species which is listed as
endangered in Nova Scotia. If anyone has any additional sightings, please
report them to eBird or send them my way and I can report them for you. And
if you were unable to find any Rusty Blackbirds (like me!) just remember -
this is the first year of a three year initiative, so we'll be able to give
it another go next year! Please feel free to contact me with any questions
or for more information about the Blitz or reporting sightings.
