My parents found a dead hawk on the pathway down to their shed on the edge of Bridgewater (wooded area). My mother thinks it most resembles a Broad-winged Hawk. I will not see it until tomorrow when I am in Bridgewater and have emailed James Hirtle who I hope will be able take a look at it to confirm ID etc.

Mom said the only injury she noted was blood around the beak. Odd place to come upon a dead hawk.
