I only saw it briefly in the trees. But that view plus the song and harsh calls all lead me to conclude  it was a Warbling Vireo. 

Earlier this morning I thought these calls were probably Starlings (rarely seen at this location any time of year). Now I think they were likely a WAVI. 

I saw and heard a Warbling Vireo nearby in Lakeview last year. Do they breed across NS?
