Yesterday in Cherryfield, Annapolis Co (next to E Dalhousie, Kings Co) I saw a swallow on a wire that was overall sooty brown in colour. There was no obvious white on my mainly side view. Tail was not forked like a Barn Swallow. Same size as a Tree Swallow, I would say. No other swallows on the wire at the time.

Juvenile Tree Swallow? Northern Rough-Winged or something else?

Thanks for any suggestions, Nancy
