Oops - I was too hasty to jump to conclusions - on blowing up the photos s=
till on my camera, I realised that on those gulls the legs are pinkish red=
and the patten of black on the head makes them Black - headed in breeding =
plumage, not Laughing. I have corrected my E Bird report.

Hi Diana,
My daughter saw a small flock of sandpipers fly past at Evangeline Beach on=
July 10, the first such report I have had this summer.
I wonder if the waves during "Arthur" a week ago have had any impact on the=
"shrimp and worms" in the mud flats. Any areas with an east, through south=
, to west exposure would especially have seen lots of turbulence.
