I've had a report of a grebe by the Lahave Ferry Wharf on the LaHave side o=
f the river today. It would be early for horned or red-necked at this poin=
t=2C both of which I would assume would still have breeding plumage. The b=
ird was identified by the observer as a Western grebe. The description sou=
nds good=2C but unless others see this bird or can get a photograph=2C I re=
ally cannot say for sure that it was a western. If in the area keep an eye=
out just in case.
