An immature Stilt Sandpiper arrived today in a quite diverse group of wader=
s in Pond Cove
Also present today - a Baird's Sandpiper (found by Kevin Lantz on Sept 1) =
& 3 Pectoral Sandpipers plus the expected peeps and Semi Plovers, Yellowleg=
s etc..

There was a little flurry of land bird arrivals mid morning today, probably=
birds that had overshot the cold front that passed through the outer Bay o=
f Fundy shortly afterwards. It was a refreshing change from the bird-free f=
og that has plagued us for several days
