The site we used to use it is Halifax radio controlled airplane runway. It is on the Beaverbank Road on the right-hand side heading north just before the East Uniacke Road branches off heading west. There is a parking lot right next to the road and a small driveway from it up to the runway. It shoes up on google maps.
