I was unable to get a picture=2C but saw a large moth this evening inside w=
hile at a concert for Ron Hynes. I checked out Bev Wigley's site=2C but di=
d not find the moth there. I tried to find something similar in bug guide=
=2C without success. It was not any of the larger moths that I had seen be=
fore. This moth had a wingspan of around 3 inches and was about the same s=
ize the other way. It was dark around the head area down about a quarter o=
f an inch or so=2C with what appeared to be colored wings=2C but the light =
was red in the building=2C so it was really hard to distinguish the color o=
f the wings. The back end appeared to have a black tail band and was light=
er in color. Likely not much to go on=2C but I'm curious about this one. =
There was also what looked like a tiger moth at a distance=2C but could ha=
ve been a silver spotted ghost moth. =20
