Hi Angela

There was a young adult Yellow headed blackbird in the Woodlawn area in
Dartmouth as well as one in CSI, one in Brier Island, and one in Lyons
Brook. If we add up all the sightings this year, I would say we have had at
least six? in the past few months! Over the years, we would have one or two
a year.

Cheers
Liz

A friend of mine has taken fantastic photos of what is quite clearly a
yellow headed blackbird. This bird is livin' large in her yard. She lives
just outside of Halifax. Are they often reported in NS? Or are there pockets
of populations?
Thanks
Angela in Windsor
