Hi all,

Got around to taking a bag of sunflower seed out of the car that I bought last week at Kent and noticed it is called "Black Sunflower" seed.

Is there a difference between it, and Black Oil seed?

Also remember seeing a thread a year or 2 ago about Nyjer seed, and can't remember which is the good one. The last bag I bought a few years back, the birds wouldn't go near it.

P.S., there was a raccoon messing around the yard and pole of the Squirrel Stumper feeder last night, but t didn't knock it down or cause any damage/mess. Hopefully it moves on, though they are around. One day last summer around 5:30 am there were 3 in the middle of the road here I saw whilst going to work.

Cheers,
Gary Murray
