[NatureNS] Was anyone at Bisset Lake after 3:30 today?

I was just curious because I was there just before that but only arrived in
time to see close to a thousand ducks and geese take flight. I cannot say
sure that it was deliberate but it appeared to me that someone was trying to
chase the waterfowl out of Bisset Lake. If that was his intent he sure
succeeded. There was only 1 goose , some Bufflhead and fraction of the scaup
left but I was too disheartened  to count them. They flew high and away to
the SE and I doubt they returned to Bisset today?
