Today on the St John-Digby ferry I saw both Thick-billed and Common Murres =
in NS waters (2 of each).=C2=A0 I saw another ~25 large alcids that were to=
o far out to identify.=C2=A0 No sign of any Dovekies, or much else at all o=
n the open water other than a Common Loon and a Kittiwake.=C2=A0 There were=
 Horned and Red-necked Grebes, Surf and White-winged Scoters,=C2=A0 Black G=
uillemots, and a Gannet just as we arrived in Digby.=C2=A0 NB waters were n=
o better.
