The Eurasian Kestrel put on a nice hunting show this morning at Hartlen =
Point.  When perched, he was favoured the right-most of the two spruce =
trees just north of the gate to the clubhouse.  He does not seem to be =
bothered much by humans as he was actively hunting close overhead.  I =
also noted a Northern Harrier flying north to south east over the golf =
course as I was leaving.

At MacCormack=E2=80=99s Beach there were several female Scaup but could =
not tell whether they were lesser or greater, and 7 Common Eider in the =
passage.  At Fisherman=E2=80=99s Cove, there were 2 female Scaup and 1 =
male Greater Scaup along with 2 male Long-tailed Ducks.=20
