> Hi Paul
>
> Where do you hang your hat?
>
> Might be useful to see if it is a Northern or Southern flying squirrel.
>
> Hi All
> Last night about midnight a racket from the window awoke me.
> When I looked over I could see a Flying Squirrel outside on the window screen.
> Walking back and forth and using the screen as a fiddle.
> After a short time it flew away. Its outline is shorter than a red squirrel but wider!
> No doubt it enjoys a snack of the seeds I put out for the birds.
> A few times in the past a Flying Squirrel tail was on the lawn in the morning the
> rest probably a midnight meal for an Owl.
> That is the first time for me seeing a Flying Squirrel in the night without a light.
> Enjoy the last of winter
> Paul
