At the moment I am tech-challenged here in dealing with my e-mail system, w=
hich won=92t allow me to send all that was before Ian=92s comment below. B=
ut I am interested in what others wrote here about Bird-Friendly Coffee, i.=
e., certified by the Smithsonian Institute in the U.S. The coffee sold at =
the Irving Environmental Sciences Centre at Acadia University, after it ope=
ned in the early 2000s (2002?), offered this kind of coffee, but I am not c=
urrent about whether that is still true. Also, I thought that Bird-Friendl=
y Coffee had been supplied by Just Us Coffee Roasters. Perhaps the Moores =
or Peter Romkey can set me and us straight on this?

Sorry about my ongoing tech challenges, but thanks to everyone who has cont=
ributed to this interesting and increasingly crucial topic. Also I want to=
go back and review last week=92s episode of The Nature of Things, =93Songb=
ird SOS=94 =97 cbc.ca/thenatureofthings/ .

Cheers from Jim in Wolfville.
