My wife and I attended an excellent presentation on Piping Plovers at =
White Point Resort this past weekend. The star attraction White Point =
=E2=80=9CEP=E2=80=9D flagged and grey banded male Piping Plover with =
mate put on a nice show for the attending group. =E2=80=9CEP=E2=80=9D =
was tagged and banded at White Point in 2014, spent the winter in the =
Bahamas and returned to White Point with a mate. It has been reported =
that there may be a third PP at White Point as well. Several other =
tagged and banded plovers have not yet returned to White Point. =20

EP and mate have nested and settled in amongst the cobbles at the west =
end of the beach. The area was sign posted by White Point staff and =
seminar participants to demark the exclusion zone for the nest. =20

See White Point Blog =
http://www.whitepoint.com/blog/2015/04/24/piping-plover-love-triangle-unf=
olding-papa-ep-come-home-others/ for more details on the White Point =
Plovers.

Below is a link to some of the pictures I made of =E2=80=9CEP=E2=80=9D =
and mate.
