On Sunday January the 24th I saw three dead ducks at Sullivans Pond. One Mallard, one Black Duck and what appeared to be the remains of a Red-breasted Merganser. All remains looked fresh as if all three birds died in the last 24 hours. There was light snow fall and some winds overnight in the area but I doubt that would be a factor in their deaths. What do you think happened? Has anyone else noticed dead ducks at this location recently? Chris Peters
