Today and for the past week I've been seeing male common goldeneyes and buf=
fleheads displaying to females with head bobbing. Also, today in Lunenburg=
a male cardinal was calling on territory with a full reportoire. The thic=
k-billed murre is still on the Lunenburg Waterfront. The northern mockingb=
ird found by Kevin Lantz is still tending on the dirt road that goes to the=
water at the entrance to Shoreline Drive in Lunenburg. There had been a B=
altimore oriole going to the feeders of the house on the left of the Upper =
First Peninsula Road. Just to clarify the first house with feeders. There=
was also three northern pintails at the Back Oler Farm Marsh in Garden Lot=
s and a yellow-rumped warbler along the trail that runs along by Highliner =
Foods.
