Hi All,

This is the earliest that I've started nocturnal acoustic monitoring of
spring migration. With heavy rainfall, snowstorms, and freezing
temperatures, it can be difficult to keep microphones and computers
operating outdoors. So far I've had only two nocturnal migrants at the
Carleton station in Yarmouth County; a Fox Sparrow on 15 March and an
American Robin on 17 March. The web address of my reports this spring is:
http://johnfkearney.com/Carleton_YarmouthCounty_2016.html.

John
