Please see the recent post on halifaxfieldnaturalists.ca about the Halifax =
Green Network interactive map, have a look at the map (be a bit patient), a=
nd ensure that the nature sites you really want to see retained in HRM (whi=
ch is all of Halifax County) are included on the map as Ecosystem+Biodivers=
ity elements. (For instance, the Halifax Peninsula railcut//The south end O=
aks Woods had not been identified.)


I understand that the map will be open for comment only until May 15, 2016.


It would be nice to have a map like this (and a Green Network plan) for the=
 whole province...
