A very nice early spring group of waders on Kingsburg Beach, Lunenburg Co.,=
 this morning included 6 Black-bellied Plover, 1 Greater Yellowlegs, 4 East=
ern Willets, a Whimbrel, 6 Red Knots (all but one close to breeding plumage=
), 4 Sanderlings (still in basic), 25 Semipalmated Sandpipers, and 5 Short-=
billed Dowitchers.


Nearby, on the road to Hell Point, an early Blackburnian Warbler (male) put=
 in a brief appearance. A group of 8 Gannets, mainly adults, was feeding in=
 the westerly gale off Hell Point.
