We will unfortunately need to postpone our guided hike to Amethyst Cove due to the area forecast which has not improved. Always a difficult decision to make but we don=E2=80=99t feel comfortable having peo= ple on the beach with the risk of lightning. Showers are o.k. but rockhounding in full-on rain at Amethyst Cove would add too many risks and is not particularly enjoyable. We will be looking ahead at tide times and will try to set a new date. If you have registered for this hike you will automatically be registered for the next event.
