This morning while walking to work I chatted with a fellow who told me that two weeks ago he saw a Pine Marten in Point Pleasant Park. It was up in a tree hunting squirrels. He obviously spends a lot of time in the woods, and was very familiar with the various species in that family.

He told me that he reported to the "natural resources folks" and they said that they "knew that they had a pair of Martens in the Park".
