Hi Ken - thanks for the tip - unfortunately it appears to be totally sold
out and out of print. I even checked the Annapolis Valley library system
and they don't carry the book - only the first atlas.

I see where the whole book is available to view on the MBA website so that
is what I will do for the time being - but there is nothing like having
"book in hand" when browsing bird books.
